Synopsis:

„hand made“ unterstreicht die Bedeutung der Materialität im künstlerischen Werk. Zu sehen sind Hände in Bewegung, die schaffen, arbeiten, tun – ohne allerdings jemals an ihr Ziel zu gelangen. Das fiktive Endprodukt bleibt unklar. Das der Arbeit zugrunde liegende Found-Footage-Material wird zur radikalen Dekonstruktion.

Synopsis:

„handmade“ refers to the film footage itself, thus underlining the improtance of materiality in this oeuvre. You can see hands in motion that create, operate, do, however, without ever accamplishing their goal. The fictitious end product remains unclear. The found footage material used  becomes a radical deconstruction.
