Synopsis:

„Vorwärts: Museum“ nähert sich in kaleidoskopischer Verschränkung dem Topos „Mensch und Zeit“ an.

Der Film beginnt mit einer U-Bahn-Fahrt, um sich dann auf ein multifunktionales Gebäude in sozialistischer Architekturtradition zu konzentrieren. Dramatische Untersichten von Steinplastiken werden rhythmisch gegen das Ziffernblatt einer Museumsuhr montiert.
